Job description / Role
Basic Function:
• Within the mission, vision and values of Saudi Arabian National Guard- Health Affairs, he/she is to perform electrocardiographic procedures as well as assist in coordinating activities related to routine electrocardiographic diagnostic procedures.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Set-up and operate equipment to perform Standard 12-Lead Electrocardiography.
• Review patient's record procedures and instruct patient prior to procedures.
• Monitor patient during procedures and reports any abnormal findings.
• Identify and correct for any wandering, interface and artifact.
• Edit and forward results to attending physician for analysis and interpretation.
• Maintain ECG equipment and supplies.
• Participate in the implementation of quality management programs for the ECG unit.
• Assist in maintaining all records pertaining to the ECG unit.
• Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all hospital departments.
• Compliance with the hospital infection control and safety protocols.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.

Requirements
• Education: Associate Degree in Cardiac Technology or Healthcare related field or equivalent - E
• Experience: Minimum of four (2) years relevant experience - E
