Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The role holder is responsible for answering inbound calls and assists customers in their inquiries and requests, and provide the highest standards of customer service for all Brokerage customers.

• Support customer inquiries and requests received through the telephone
• Provide the highest standards of customer service and call quality
• Promote bank’s product and services to the existing and potential customer
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through undertaking various training courses
• Answer the customer claims and complaints within the SLAs defined and as per the operational procedures
• Provide personalized customer service of the highest level
• Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
• Maintain a certain standard of key performance indicator and the KPI will specify that can use to determine the success of operations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Deploma.
• CMA-1 Certificate.

Experience:

• 0-1 years of relevant experience with at least 6 months in a similar role
• Experience in call center services is preferred
• English language (Intermediate level)
• Basic math skills.
• Good IT Skill preferred
