The center of alfanaru2019s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the complex houses alfanaru2019s facilities.
The complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Job purpose
To promote EV charging solutions by coordinating marketing efforts, engaging with key VIP customers, and fostering relationships with governmental ministries, following up on marketing intelligence and competitor activities to enhance our market position.
Key accountability areas
Coordination with marketing:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop prequalification and marketing assets for EV charging solutions
- Ensure that all marketing materials align with company branding and messaging
Customer engagement:
- Conduct regular visits to VIP customers in collaboration with sales units to understand their needs and promote our EV charging solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Government liaison:
- Follow up with relevant ministries to promote EV charging solutions, ensuring that our offerings are well-represented in government initiatives and projects
- Attend government meetings and industry events to showcase commitment to sustainable solutions
Market intelligence:
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on findings
Collaboration and reporting:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share updates regularly
- Prepare and present reports on customer engagement activities, market intelligence, and sales performance

- Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job
Delivery:
- Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules
- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time
- Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks
Problem-solving:
- Solve any related problems that arise and escalate any complex operational issues
Quality:
- Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities
Business process improvements:
- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible
Compliance:
- Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions
Health, safety, and environment:
- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products and services
Academic qualification
Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering or any relevant field
