Alfanar Construction is classified as a Grade I contractor by the Contractors Classification Committee of the Government of Saudi Arabia.

Alfanar Construction is an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company with a track record of consistent growth. We have emerged as a strong EPC contractor in the energy, infrastructure, as well as engineering services sectors in Saudi Arabia.

With the support of special purpose service units, Alfanar Construction continuously strives to provide appropriate and timely solutions to clients, conforming to international standards.

Job purpose

Role accountability

• Training of subordinates and forming a team to get the work done effectively.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
• Delegate to subordinates in each respective assignment.
• Ensure fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation of subordinates.
• Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
• Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
• Resolve any related problems that arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
• Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products, processes, or related activities.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.
• Comply with related policy, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products and services.

Academic qualification

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

Work experience

Freshers or 0-2 years experience
