We are looking for someone to fill a spot in our engineering department. I do not require a degree. I prefer someone with experience. I will list skills we are looking for. We are a small metal fab shop and looking for the right person for our team.

Skills and qualifications:

• Familiar with information flow and workflow in a manufacturing environment
• Familiar with metal fabrication processes (laser, welding, forming, etc.)
• Detail oriented and able to multitask
• Can read and understand blueprints
• Solid modeling or at least CAD capable
• NC programming, specifically for lasers and turret press machines
• Proficient in MS Office tools to update and organize both electronic and physical files
• Estimating cost of customer fabricated parts from provided drawings
