Job description / Role
The Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing the engineering team and overseeing the design and implementation of electrical infrastructure projects. This includes developing and implementing engineering plans, identifying new technology trends and solutions, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and oversee the engineering team, providing coaching and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.
• Develop and implement engineering plans that align with organizational goals and objectives for electrical infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget, and that they meet quality standards.
• Manage engineering budgets and resources, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and equipment to complete projects effectively.
• Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that engineering plans align with project goals and objectives.
• Analyze project data and provide regular progress reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and identifying opportunities for innovation.
SAR 12,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in engineering management, with a focus on electrical infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering processes and best practices for electrical infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage engineering teams and develop and implement engineering plans that align with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze project data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office applications.
This Engineering Manager role is a critical position that requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex electrical infrastructure projects from design to implementation. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of a team, and who is passionate about developing and implementing innovative engineering solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
