Job description / Role
Guildhall is assisting a major engineering firm with a brand new project which is part of a billion dollar development.
The primary purpose of the role is to provide technical expertise to the preliminary stages of the project. The role will then provide expertise across the contract by working with the operational teams to identify areas for improvement and then implementing appropriate strategies to ensure that the improvement is embedded and sustainable.
Requirements
In order to be considered for the position candidates must fit the following criteria:
- Ample experience in an FM managerial role
- Technical qualifications in a building services discipline or engineering
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to build good open and honest relationships with key stakeholders
- Commercially aware
- Demonstrate strong leadership and experience of managing managers
