• Identify Potential Clients: Develop a comprehensive understanding of organization’s platform and strategically identify potential enterprise clients within Saudi's market.
• Engage Decision Makers: Establish and nurture relationships with HR leaders and other key decision makers within target organizations.
• Create Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with the internal team to develop and propose customized solutions that meet the unique needs and challenges of each client.
• Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead negotiation efforts, accurately convey organization's value proposition, and close sales agreements with enterprise clients.
• Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs through effective client engagement and follow-up strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the HR Tech or SaaS industry.
• Proven track record of success in customer acquisition and meeting sales targets in Saudi.
• Exceptional communicator
• Strong understanding of the enterprise sector
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
Salary:
SAR
12,000 to 16,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
