Client Details

* Our client is the one of the leading ophthalmic eye-wear and sunglasses retail chain in the Middle East and North Africa.

Description

* Set and review functional strategies with the General Manager, in order to meet agreed business objectives.
* Oversee the development and implementation of sectional policies, procedures, and controls covering all assigned activities, in line with the overall departmental strategies, so that all activity takes place in an efficient and controlled manner.
* Develop and implement overall enterprise sales plans, budgets and pricing strategies to achieve overall Sales and Business Development objectives.
* Develop, nurture, and maintain strong mutually beneficial relationships between the business and key client accounts including Medical Insurance Companies to ensure increase of revenue avenues, develop potential sales principals, achieve customer satisfaction, and continued renewable business.
* Manage multiple accounts and large portfolio to achieve increased sales targets and achieve quotas through call cycles.
* Lead the regional sales by setting KPI's for the teams and assessing their performance on the sales targets.
* Liaise with international government/private entities relating to trade and business promotion activities in order to identify sales opportunities, reach out to new customers, and generate interest in the business.
* Maintain expert understanding of legal/commercial aspects specific to all client countries of operation so that risk can be mitigated as part of the overall sales and business development strategy.
