About the Role:

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architects to join our dynamic software and platform engineering organization in Middle East. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology solutions. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and industry experts to design, develop, and implement robust and scalable enterprise architectures. We are seeking hands-on Enterprise Architects who can not only create architectural blueprints but also actively participate in the technical implementation and delivery of complex programs including design, development, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct technical workshops and presentations to educate clients on architectural best practices and potential solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process.

Architecture Design and Estimation:

• Develop comprehensive enterprise architectures, including application, data, infrastructure, and security components.
• Create detailed design documents, system diagrams, and other technical artifacts.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide accurate cost and time estimates for proposed solutions.

Best Practices and Standards:

• Ensure adherence to industry standards, architectural principles, and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Enterprise Architecture Validation:

• Review and validate enterprise architecture designs to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Identify and resolve architectural issues and bottlenecks.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and engineers.

Client Program Delivery:

• Actively participate in the delivery of client programs, providing technical leadership and guidance.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, software development, or systems engineering.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing complex distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and microservices.
• Knowledge of various technologies and platforms, including cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), On prem Systems, databases, middleware, and security.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in relevant technologies or frameworks (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Certified Solutions Architect) is a plus.
