Job Description
- Implement and support ERP systems to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Customize and configure ERP systems to meet specific requirements.
- Manage various ERP modules, including HR, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Facilitate integration of ERP systems with other organizational systems.
Requirements:
Personal Skills
- Ability to identify issues and devise effective solutions.
- Proficient in conveying information clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in ERP Systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong business process analysis skills.
- Experience in customization and configuration of ERP systems.
- Knowledge of various ERP modules, including HR, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Ability to integrate ERP systems with other systems within the organization.
