Estimation Engineer (Facilities Management)

Job description / Role

We are currently looking for an Estimation Engineer for our client, an FM service provider that is part of large group of companies based in Riyadh. The estimation engineer within the Estimation & Tendering team is responsible for the meticulous analysis of project requirements, the preparation of comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, and the provision of essential support throughout the tendering process for Facilities Management (FM) contracts. This role demands a strong understanding of technical specifications, cost estimation methodologies, site survey procedures, and effective coordination with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the submission of competitive and compliant bids.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related field).
- Progressive experience in Business Development, Tendering, and Estimation within the FM and O&M industries.
- Accurate and competitive cost estimations for Facilities Management (FM) projects.
- Compliance with technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
- Identification of cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities. Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
