ETL Team Lead

About the position:

CodeNinja is seeking an ETL team lead to oversee our data warehouse initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of ETL developers, ensuring quality and efficiency in data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. Your expertise will help in designing ETL solutions that meet the ever-evolving data needs of our business.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of ETL developers to design and implement efficient ETL processes.
• Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of ETL solutions while ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Monitor ETL workflows and troubleshoot issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Drive process improvements and best practices for ETL development and data management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ETL development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in ETL tools (such as Talend, Informatica, or Alteryx).
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and SQL.
• Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with cloud-based ETL solutions (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
