Events Specialist

Job description / Role

Hays International are currently working with a prestigious investment company based in Saudi Arabia.

- Your role as an Events specialist will be to plan, coordinate and manage the entire events process to ensure successful delivery of internal and external events (presentations, conferences, promotions, publicity events, roadshows, and seminars).
- Identify events and conferences that are relevant and proactively seek other events and opportunities that may be beneficial to the development of the Company.
- Maintain a list of all events and conferences which the company should participate in to maximize the brands publicity.
- Maintain a list of all events that the company is sponsoring to assist in the marketing activities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all events and conferences in conjunction with participants to determine whether the objectives of the event were met.
- Work closely with the Director of Corporate Communications & Branding and Internal Communications & Social Media Specialist to ensure that the company\\\'s brand and corporate identity are adhered to at all events and conferences.
- Ensure that the company\\\'s events get the appropriate media coverage across various sources of media channels.
- Implement and ensure adherence to the set policies, processes and procedures of the Corporate Communications and Branding Function.

Requirements

- Must be a Saudi National for this role based in Riyadh.
- Background should be focused on running local and global events & trade shows.
- You will work as an event manager with multiple vendors.
- 3-5 years experience in an Events role.
