Job description / Role
Our client is seeking an experienced EA to join their growing team. The responsibilities for the role include;
• Producing information by; formatting ,transcribing and editing
• Conserving executives time by reading, researching and drafting correspondence
• Maintaining executive's schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
• Representing the executive by attending meetings in their absence
• Ensuring to keep information confidential
• Preparing reports and monitoring information
Requirements
• At least 5 years experience within EA/PA roles
• Experience supporting C-Level executives
• Experience representing C Level executives within meetings etc
• Western educated - ESSENTIAL
• Bachelor Degree Qualified
