Requirements

Executive Chef with 7+ years of experience, needed for a new restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or any relevant qualification
- 10 years of experience in a similar capacity (Head Chef), and Pre-Opening experience
- Having a background in Europe or Lebanon
- Strong communication and representation skills
- Experience in designing and developing new recipes, and witting new menus
- Being a real foodie who dares to experiment
- Having a good sense for concept
- Good computer skills to utilize Microsoft Office applications, Excel and Internet
- Excellent food costing skills
- Good understanding of produce and ingredients
- Ability to train and develop a staff
- Great people management skills, and experience in managing large team
- Great communications skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English
