Job description / Role
Our client is a leading utility company in Riyadh and one of the top ten largest companies in the Kingdom. They are currently looking for an Executive - Digital Transformation Advisor to develop and deliver a digital transformation strategy to ensure the business and its Distribution and Customer Service business lines are enabled for an end-to-end digital journey.
As a Digital Transformation Advisor, you will have the following:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, Master's degree in technology-related discipline preferred
* Significant large-scale management consulting experience, ideally having worked with clients in the utilities sector (preferred)
* Project experience in smart meter solutions/implementation is highly desirable
* Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, CMRP etc.
* Excellent facilitation and verbal and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
* Ability to lead cross-functional and customer and supplier teams
* Strong technical and business acumen
* Enterprise-wide thinking and ability to provide end-to-end solutions
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Must be a pro-active starter and possess the ability to solve problems and address issues with creativity
* Ability to influence others and manage stakeholder expectations
