Our client, a philanthropic organisation in Riyadh requires an Executive Manager to join on a permanent residential basis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Foundation is launching a high profile and high visibility program in order to create a platform to structure and consolidate the charitable efforts under one umbrella and launch new initiatives. This platform will aim at assessing the needs in society and create initiatives that provide financial support to segments in need in Saudi society through convenient mechanisms.

The Executive Manager of The Program is accountable for the overall success of The Program by effectively driving, managing, and promoting all aspects of The Program’s objectives, within the guidelines and budgetary constraints set by the Executive Committee. The Executive Manager’s accountabilities, include, but are not limited to strategy, people leadership, external stakeholder engagement, external communication, operations and reporting.

Requirements

Suitable candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing or a related field from a reputable university. Further professional development such as an MBA, other relevant post-graduate courses and / or professional qualifications would be preferred. You will have 10-15 years of relevant experience in a highly visible role leading to critical and sensitive efforts, at least 5 of which should be in a senior management role. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in leading non-profit organisations, public relations company or a high profile government entity.

You will have demonstrated success in managing an annual budget of SAR 10M+ and leading an organisation with 10+ FTEs, proven expertise in successfully managing highly sensitive and visibility projects and proven experience leading a similar organisation through the start-up phase, delivering results under pressure and tight deadlines.
