Employment: Full Time

Our client a Saudi Consultancy backed by the Saudi stock exchange is looking for an executive manager that will conduct the gap analysis, conduct the business analysis and set the KPIs. The role would be an initial 2 months, required on site 3/4 days per week.

Requirements

• Enhancing KPI's
• Gap Analysis, Change Management.
• Set up plan for Performance Management on annual and Quarterly basis.
• Plan and design employees’ Mid-Year review & Annual performance appraisal forms.
• Manage the performance management processes by applying the performance cycles.
• Ensure proper and professional performance review between manger and employee.
• Generate status reports on completed Mid-Year review and Annual performance Appraisal
• Participate in the development, update and implementation of PMS process, system and procedures to ensure availability of documented and comprehensive guidance
• Facilitate workshops and sessions on goal setting and performance reviews
• Design training materials for performance management matters that needed such as setting “KPIs” goals and for performance appraisal cycles to ensure effective use of the system.
• Develop HR objective and KPI to align HR objectives with the company objective and strategy.
• Enhance the performance culture within the organisation by increasing Management awareness and supporting them in performance management life cycle process.
• Develop, review and update competency dictionary.
