Job description / Role
This position is for an Amazing new French Restaurant and large VIP lounge area. We are looking for Chef who has experience of working in Five Star Hotels in the pastry who is very creative and thinks outside of the box. Client is looking for the unusual, experimental, visually appealing deserts and pastries.
You will lead the department, guiding the chefs on the new menus and the presentation. Kitchen Management, costing, menu planning, etc.
Requirements
- Any Nationality. Must have Five Star Experience.
- Must be willing to move to Saudi Arabia for a minimum 2 years.
- Should have photographs of deserts/pastries you have produced.
- Fluency in English is required, Arabic is not.
- Should have a professional qualification for Visa purposes.
