Corporate Lawyer - Riyadh- Leading Law Firm
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our esteemed law firm in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance matters. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing expert legal advice and representation in a dynamic and challenging environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate governance policies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct due diligence investigations and risk assessments for potential mergers and acquisitions.
- Advise clients on corporate governance best practices and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to local and international laws.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and arbitration proceedings, advocating for their best interests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, tax, and compliance, to develop comprehensive legal strategies and solutions.
- Stay updated on changes in corporate law and regulations, ensuring the firm’s practices remain compliant and effective.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored legal solutions.
- Mentor and train junior lawyers and legal staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Contribute to the firm’s business development efforts, including networking and attending industry events to enhance the firm’s visibility.
Requirements:
- Formally admitted in Saudi Arabia
- Law degree from a recognized institution, with a strong academic background in regulatory law and compliance.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a regulatory lawyer, ideally within an international law firm or a similar environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements, with experience in international regulatory standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and articulate legal concepts to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred, with excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to client service and professional development.
- Membership in relevant legal associations or bar councils is a plus.
Salary:
SAR
25,000 to 40,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel.
Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.
A search firm will tend to have extensive knowledge of and access to board directors and senior executives across industries and functions, allowing them to build a large pool of top executive talent
