F & B Manager (KSA Based)

NTS Group are proud to be working with one of the most successful and well respected FMCG companies in the region, who due to huge expansion, are now seeking an F&B Manager for their KSA operations.

Reporting into the General Manager, the role will be responsible for managing a small team and directing the operations across the KSA market, developing systems to monitor compliance and ensuring that sales are conducted within the agreed financial parameters. You will be focused on developing appropriate policies and procedures to cover key areas of operational activities, ensure the business follows local laws & regulations and monitoring sales performance of all of the KSA units. The role will be heavily involved in providing leadership, motivation and guidance to staff in order to achieve growth and profitability targets as well as developing and directing all marketing activities and ultimately monitoring the effectiveness of such campaigns. You will also be actively involved in devising the yearly strategy, achieving the company yearly plans and meeting the financial targets and objectives set by the GM.

Requirements

To be considered, you should have a solid background within F&B, as well as a proven track record of opening new business units/outlets in locations across the KSA market.

You will possess strong food production & development experience, as well as a proven track record in business development, managing teams and a strong understanding of the KSA food production market (in terms of products and competitors).

You will have had exposure dealing and controlling budgets, developing new products within new markets and be analytical in your approach. For this role, our client is strictly seeking an Arabic speaker.

You will also have a strong understanding of business processes and be able to offer strategic input when needed. For this role, our client is offering a salary of AED 30,000 – 35,000
