The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under alfanar Building Systems are:
- Real estate development
- Façade cladding, glazing systems and architectural aluminum products
- Precast concrete products and architectural elements

Job Purpose

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that all aspects are organized, coordinated, and completed in a timely manner. This position requires a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams .

Key Accountability Areas
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
- Create and manage projects schedules.
- Allocate and optimize resources (Cash flow, manpower histogram .... Etc)
- Identify and mitigate projects risks.
- Generate progress reports for stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration among team members.
- Evaluate and implement process improvements.
- Submitting daily, weekly & monthly updating reports.
- Coordination between all parties.

Role Accountability
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or project management.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Aluminium and façade Field
- Good experience with MS Project & Primavera Programs
- Good experience with all Microsoft office
- Good Experience with Cost Control field.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Strong analytical and communication skills

Academic Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
