Our newest opportunity is for a talented Facilities & Administration Manager to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia .

This position is responsible for o verseeing operations of the main office and satellite offices with regards to facilities, buildings and lease management.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include:

- Main responsibility is to make sure that all employees can perform their job and duties properly and without any problems.
- Responsible for vendor management and contract management towards parties who deliver office supplies, catering and cleaning services, kitchen supplies and staff for front office so that the specific buildings for which the facilities manager is responsible are clean and all facilities are functioning.
- Usually responsible for one large office or several smaller offices.
- Responds to client inquires, complaints and concerns.
- Ensures timely and quality service delivery to clients.
- Follows up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Vendor management towards cleaning services, security, office supplies, catering, courier and postal services, etc.
- Make sure the suppliers live up to the expectations and stick to the appointments made in the contract.
- Represents and promotes wellness initiatives to office locations and leadership team.
- Prepares a yearly plan for the facility department including budgeting.
- Lead role to Plan/Manage/Report Financial Cost control measures to adhere to Planned Budgets.
- Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area.
- Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor.
- Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a minimum of 5 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree in a related field.
- Bilingual communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential.
