Facilities Management Consultant - Landscaping

Required to join a Facilities Management company in Riyadh. The Landscaping Facilities Management Consultant is a highly skilled professional who plays a vital role in the management and maintenance of landscaping and irrigation systems. With a strong understanding of horticulture, environmental sustainability, and industry best practices, these consultants provide expert guidance to clients in maximising the aesthetic appeal, functionality, and longevity of their outdoor spaces.
Your primary responsibility will be to assess, analyze, and develop comprehensive landscaping strategies, tailored to meet the needs and preferences of clients. This will include conducting on-site evaluations of existing landscapes, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations on how to enhance overall landscape design and functionality.

- Bachelors in Horticulture/Farming/Landscaping.
- A proven track record in managing Landscaping for large scale prestigious facilities
- Minimum 10-15 years experience
- Excellent communication skills able to liaise and present ideas and solutions to the client
- Able to train and mentor staff
- Report writing skills
