Job description / Role
Role: Director of Facilities Management
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary package: SAR 35,000 - 40,000 per month
A top-tier construction group in Saudi Arabia and I are seeking a Director of Facilities Management. The company are a huge contracting company in Saudi, and the role will oversee their FM / O&M Projects portfolio.
Prerequisites for position
* Oversee the delivery and execution of all Projects that are either FM or O&M projects.
* Supervise process performance reviews to improve timely quality delivery
* Communicate with Head Office Support Department Directors
* Ensure compliance of ISO regulations and internal Company standards.
* Conduct regular site visits to proactively resolve facility issues.
* Establishes criteria for assessing the quality of work performed by employees and sub-contractors.
* Contribute in preparation of bids by preparing work schedules, write ups, cost calculations and so on.
Requirements
Package
The package will range between SAR 35,000 per month to - SAR 40,000 per month.
