Job description / Role
Our client, a large FM contractor company are seeking a Facilities manager to join their KSA operation. Candidates should be experienced in managing Hard FM (MEP) and or Soft FM (Cleaning). The role will be for a mixed use development consisting of Commercial, residential and retail facilities.
Requirements
Candidates should be willing to relocate to KSA. They should be experienced in either building maintenance or facilities management. Candidates should have experience in managing either directly or indirectly a large team of blue collar workers. Candidates should have good written and verbal communication skills.
