Looking for a Facilities Manager, to work for a multi-national Facilities Management company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This a is a great opportunity to join a reputable FM company who have recently been awarded a 5 year contract offering great stability and a platform to enhance your career. The position will encompass structuring the FM contract on behalf of the client, acting as a Managers Agent, managing a team of 18 including Engineers / Supervisors / Document Controllers / Operators / Help Desk.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience out and out facilities management experience
- Hard & Soft Services
- Great negotiation skills
- Have the ability to structure the full FM (facilities management) structure
- Asset management skills
- Ability to build the skill set of the team
- Create processes and procedures
