Facilities Manager – Hard FM – Western Region, Saudi Arabia – Facilities management service provider

Our client is a Riyadh based FM company. They have a portfolio of blue chip clients and manage TFM (Hard and Soft) services across multiple property types in the kingdom.

They are currently seeking a Technical Facilities Manager for a reputable project in the Western Region.

The role will involve the following duties:

• Operations Management experience for MEP-related disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Utilities.
• Have a full understanding of contracts, KPI’s, and SLAs and management
• Dealing with the client on a day to day basis

Requirements

• Qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum 8-10 years experience in Management of Operation and Maintenance Departments on large scale projects.
• Management and Operation of a Planned Preventive Maintenance System and services.
• Proven ability in the operation and maintenance of contracts involving significant and redundant MEP systems.
• Knowledge and involvement in PPM and reactive maintenance of the assets, as part of the Leadership Team, expected to be enrolled in participating in daily maintenance activities with the night operation team.
