Facility Manager

Job description / Role

We are currently looking for hiring Facility Manager for one of our prestigious project at different location in Saudi Arabi. Key role in successfully completing a tender phase from kick-off to submission in coordination with other department, specialized service provider, suppliers.

Job Responsibilities:
• Monitoring, review and auditing of services, ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with this specification and the contract.
• Contract management including all supervision and management of sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Effective implementation of Risk and Management, Condition Assessment, Disaster and Emergency Plan.
• Technical input into the operation/management of the services.
• Action Plan and rectification for the gaps raised from QC Team, HSE Officer.
• Identify and monitor project benchmark dates for key activities and deliverables.
• Meeting with client representatives as scheduled
• Review and submission of monthly reports to client
• Ensuring that all requirements are met on time as per client requests.
• Ensuring services are delivered as per agreed SLA / KPI
• Resource management with proper duty schedules

Qualification
• Bachelor of Engineering [Electrical/Mechanical]
• 12-15 years of work experience.
• Certifications in Facility Management, FMP
• Vast experience in Facility management of high-rise buildings.
• Adaptable to flexible work schedule when required to meet deadlines
• Working knowledge of business software (Microsoft Office, Visio, Project)
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation vital.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity

Salary:
SAR 18,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
