Job description / Role
Guildhall is supporting a client with a facility management project in Saudi Arabia. We are assisting them in finding a Facility Manager with a technical engineering background in hotels to take part in this modern and luxurious development.
The responsibilities include:
- Managing the facility and all service contracts within the facilities
- Management of services a by assigning work, creating work orders, and purchase orders
- Direct the work of Contractors and Consultants as required.
- Perform internal and external performance audits
- Leading the procurement of services from contractors and selecting service provides while maintaining the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Salary:
SAR
25,000 to 29,999
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
In order to be considered, applicants must have the following skills and qualifications:
- Technical Engineering Background
- Hotels experience
- 7+ years experience in facility management
- Eligible for a visa in KSA
