Position Title: Facility Rental Manager – Cold Stone Leasing

About the Client:
A leading importer and exporter of fresh fruits and vegetables globally based in Saudi Arabia

Job Description:
• Drive leasing and business development by sourcing leads, conducting site tours, preparing proposals, and negotiating commercial lease terms to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Manage tenant relationships end-to-end onboarding, coordination with operations, handling inquiries, and ensuring high satisfaction, renewals, and referrals.
• Oversee contract and financial management including renewals, rent escalations, invoicing coordination, payment tracking, and revenue/occupancy reporting.
• Coordinate with operations and compliance teams to ensure cold-store readiness, temperature/safety standards, and adherence to SFDA, HACCP, municipal, and Saudi tenancy regulations.

• Open to Male, Asian and Arabic Nationalities, 42 years old and below
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate Management, or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial property leasing, preferably within 3PL cold storage or logistics facilities.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi tenancy laws, SFDA requirements, and HACCP compliance is an advantage.

Salary:
SAR 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
