Factory Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Factory Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in KAEC - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met while driving continuous improvement and team development.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of factory operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and safety.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet company targets and customer demands.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate factory staff to achieve performance goals and foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor production metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage budgets, resources, and inventory to optimize operational efficiency.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and production disruptions.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Factory Manager or in a senior manufacturing leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
