Job description / Role
• Supervise Overall portfolio placement
• Target medium and large accounts
• Maintain and grow the existing portfolio
• Achieve budget set by management
• Follow and review the closings
• Supervise general tasks of the department
• Arrange weekly visits to the Cedants in Riyadh, Khobar and Jeddah
• Respond timely to Cedants and reinsurers queries and ensure no failure in services is caused by any other colleague
• Liaise/communicate with colleagues in the different offices
• Align technical processes with the financial procedures
• Handle and follow up problematic technical accounts as well as financial facultative accounts
• Prepare periodic reports such as the weekly progress of accounts, earnings projection, pending closing and year-end report to management
Requirements
