Employment: Full Time

Fare and Retail Manager (Based in Dammam)

The role is responsible for the operation of the business and be in charge of all of the processes that keep the business running smoothly.

Client Details

Our client is a transportation company based in Saudi Arabia that provides bus transportation services to various sectors, including education, corporate, and tourism. The company was established more than 20 years ago and has since grown to become one of the largest transportation companies in the country.


* Access to the latest trends in the market through data analytics and digital marketing automation tools.
* Plan and implement the overall company strategy
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a marketing company strategy
* Work with company security guard to investigate any suspicious activity
* Participate in recruiting and hiring new employees process
* Train and evaluate employees plus train employees on corporate policies and procedures
* Create a healthy and enjoyable work environment
* Determine and set basic KPIs along with tracking and reporting on KPIs
* Develop relationships with key suppliers and vendors
* Use the appropriate software to keep track of losses and / or …
* Suggest new operational strategies to improve company's performance and productivity
* Work with analyst to review profit and loss figures (P&L)

* Must be A Saudi Candidate
* Degree in Business Administration or relevant fields.
* 5+ years of experience in retail and management in the same industry and at least 2 years of experience as a Retail Manager
* Reliability and dependability are key traits

* Good knowledge of sales and marketing
* Excellent leadership skills
