• Job Position: Customer Services

Requirements:
• Managing incoming calls, answering calls professionally, providing information about service offerings and handling inquiries from existing clients.
• Keeping a record with details of inquiries, requests, complaints, comments and following up with the people concerned to ensure that necessary action is taken.
• Referring requests to the concerned people/teams.
• Building professional relationships with existing customers.
• Providing accurate and complete information as and when required.
• Assisting with administrative and regular correspondence work.
• Supporting with maintaining and updating the database.
• Helping with research and generating sales leads.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 2+ Years in related fields
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven customer support experience, customer orientation and active listening skills.
