Female Personal Trainer

To take responsibility/ownership and provide a truly memorable experience for the guest and fulfill the duties as a Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer and team member at the Kempinski The Spa. To have a clear understanding of, and work in line with all related standards, core values, visions and goals of Kempinski The Spa.

Key Responsibilities

- Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer are key in providing the life style services of the spa giving the guest the opportunity to maintain and develop their practices for a healthy and active life style.
- Responsible in ensuring they deliver personalized, individual service to all guests in the Spa and Fitness area.
- Providing the highest level of comfort and service, creating a genuine, welcoming and inspiring environment for all guests ensuring it is delivered in a safe fitness environment.
- To ensure any handover required in the guest journey as per outlined standard, follow up on experience, expectations and satisfaction and act on any discrepancies. You are to provide a service that is responsible, spontaneous, personal and genuine on their way to a healthier life.
- Spa fitness trainer will require a high level of social skills and the ability to take responsibility for the customer service in related areas.
- High standard of presentation is essential together with reliability and punctuality.

Requirements

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum one year of relevant experience
- Fitness and personal training degree an advantage
- Health and Wellness knowledge
- Guest Relations
- Interpersonal Communication
- Motivation
- First Aid preparation
- Good in English (Oral & Written)
