Employment: Full Time

Our client is looking to recruit for a Female Quality Manager on a 6 month basis at their campus in Saudi Arabia.

Job purpose:

* To produce with staff invaluable analysis of the difference we make to students and a comprehensive guide for our onward journey to outstanding - on every element of our position
* To create a culture and climate in which everyone feels safe to scour our provision for improvement themes and to have the most incisive analysis valued and celebrated
* To support staff to review everything that can be learnt from aspects of good and outstanding practice

Responsibilities:

* Support Teaching, Learning and Assessment quality assurance, policies and procedures across the College
* Meet the quality requirements of Colleges of Excellence
* Support the self-assessment and development plan process
* Be a channel for sharing effective practice and evaluating CPD across the College
* Work with the Senior Management Team to prepare annual operational plans and contribute to longer-term strategic plans to deliver the college's mission and goals
* Champion the development of new technologies and innovative classroom activities that enhance teaching, learning, and assessment
* Maintain quality course documentation and administration records including registers.
* Support the implementation of aspirational ILP's.
* Support the improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness of vocational/ Foundation assessment practices
* Liaise with Student Services to ensure effective curriculum delivery and maximise student success
* Plan and deliver new curriculum
* Lead assessment administration and staff meetings including CPD as appropriate

Requirements

Job requirements

* Education to degree level or equivalent
* Highly articulate written and oral communication skills
* Evaluative report writing and data analysis
* Recent experience of Continual Professional Development
* Quality processes and procedures
* Administrative experience in an English Language post directly relevant to the programmes taught in Lincoln Colleges of Excellence
* Experience of innovation in teaching, learning and assessment pedagogy in the Middle East

In return you will receive a salary package of £52,211 pro rata.
