Fiber Glass Technician

Job description / Role

We are seeking an experienced Fiber Glass Technician with 10-15 years of expertise in fabrication to join our dynamic team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be skilled in working with fiberglass materials, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair fiberglass components according to specifications and drawings.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently in the fabrication process.
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet project deadlines and client specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fiberglass fabrication processes.

- Minimum of 10 to 15 years of proven experience in fiberglass fabrication.
- Strong knowledge of fiberglass materials, resin systems, and fabrication techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Good physical stamina and dexterity to handle tools and materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety standards and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
