Fiber Optic Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fiber Optic Engineer to join our dynamic telecom team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining fiber optic networks to support cutting-edge telecommunications infrastructure. Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and deploy fiber optic networks for telecom applications.
- Perform installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fiber optic cables and related equipment.
- Collaborate with project managers and other engineering teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct site surveys and evaluate technical requirements to determine the best fiber optic solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and network diagrams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations during all phases of fiber optic network implementation.
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.

- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of proven experience in fiber optic network design, installation, and maintenance within the telecom industry.
- Must be familiar with but not limited to Road works, Civil, Plumbing and related activities.
- Strong understanding of fiber optic technology, equipment, and testing methods.
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to any part of Saudi Arabia.

Salary:
SAR 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
