Job description / Role
Our Client is one if the Global Shipping Service Provider, They are currently looking for Financial Analyst for their Office in Dammam , KSA.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with all Dammam vendors for invoices, send it to Jeddah Finance for payment processs.
- Quarterly review of vendor SOA with CFC, no o/s items.
- Assist on Bank Reco & Controller’s Package.
- Supervision on cashiering, daily cash closing process, next day bank in & weekly update on collection reconciliation.
- To arrange container deposit refunds manual / EDP in timely manner (within 3 days).
- Admin assistance, Dammam Employee EER receiving, verification, sending to Jeddah Finance for payment arrangement.
- Daily cash closing signoff as per the company standard policy and procedures. Next day bank in. proper filling of docs on daily basis.
- Coordinate on bounce chqs.
- Weekly cash collection reconciliation submission to Finanace and GFC.
- Container deposit refunds EDP process, daily process check run and print all EDP cheques, verify with vouchers, arrange signature and hand over to Counter, proper filling of docs.
- Assist Finance GFC on Bank reco / non-cash reco items.
- Coordinate with Dammam Operation / GNA vendors for invoices, sending to Jeddah Finance, and release of payments to Dammam vendors.
- HR & Admin assistance.
- Being alone and independent Finance person in Dammam, planning for cash deposit within the given guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum Graduate in Commerce, preference post graduate or Masters in Commerce.
- At least 5 year Finance and Shipping related experience, good in reconciliations.
- Good system knowledge, specially SAP knowledge.
- Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office
- GQL Data usage per requirement, timely followup, resolution of issues,
- Good Arabic / English languages.
- Self management: Flexible, hardworker, proactive, action oriented, drive for results, problem solving
- People management: Team player, buildimg collaborative relationship and effective written and verbal communication
