Job description / Role
Job Purpose
• The Finance Analyst will provide key management information to the operational functions in the business as well as being a key link between the finance department and the FM&SS Department.
• The Finance analyst will prepare weekly/fortnightly financial updates, forecast as required, support further deep dive analysis and performance evaluation and presentations as required. The Finance Analyst will also be responsible for all cost estimation activities, KPI and actuals compliance tracking and reporting.
Primary Accountabilities

• Manage all accounts payable, invoices and purchase requisition process and execution, cost control and actuals reporting.
• Build and manage the financial planning & analysis models, budgeting and forecasting for the FM&SS department.
• Manage and execute all commercial contracts for the FM&SS department including service and project cost estimations.
• Prepare and distribute weekly management information, consisting of both Financial and
• Non-Financial KPI's to the Department Manager and report key variances.
• Deliver appropriate reporting/analysis to the business as required.
• Support the FM&SS department during the annual planning process, drive the development of operational plans that support the financial expectations and ensure that the department is accountable for the plans.
• Working with the Organisation Finance department to provide data and insight to drive FM&SS departments' operational performance.
• Support the month end process, reviewing outputs and delivering commentaries that provide
• insight into business performance
• Preparation of various presentations, reports and financial analysis for Senior Management as required.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives and take on any additional tasks if required.

• Work collaboratively with the finance department and workstream leaders on longer term threats and opportunities.
• Providing insight that can influence decision making.
• Coordinates, manages, directs, and reports activities to FM&SS Management team as required.
• Manage relationship with external contracts and vendors where required to optimize and enhance the finance processes.
Requirements
Job Requirements
Education Requirements
• A Degree in Accounting related studies.
Work Experience
• Over 15 years' experience
• Experience and knowledge in financial planning, modeling and reporting,
• Experience in cost controlling and contract management
• Proven experience in budgeting and forecasting
License / Certification / Accreditation
• Professional Certification in Accounting or Finance
Language Requirement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic
