Your Role and Responsibilities
- Operate as a Trusted Business Advisor by collaborating with business leaders across the IBM Saudi Arabia organisation, as well as risk and compliance leaders within the country to build a risk-aware culture and enhance processes to identify emerging risks.
- Identify and call to attention to Financial, operational, compliance and risks through assurance, consulting, and management activity
- Execute operational process reviews. Perform root cause and gap analysis on current processes to identify areas of improvement for management implementation
- Enhance the internal controls system across the region based on emerging and potential risks arising in the organisation
- Perform reviews across the MEA region to ensure that Risks are mitigated and managed appropriately
- Support Management for the Quarterly Management Self Assessment of Controls and Quarterly Certification of Management for the MEA region, in collaboration with the countries and co-ordinate with MEA Finance Business Controls organisation
- Focus on higher risk areas and drive controls improvements across all areas in the organisation
- Support Corporate Audits in the Saudi Arabia region

Requirements

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
