Job description / Role
Our client, a charitable organisation in Riyadh, KSA requires a Finance Manager for a social housing real estate initiative.
The organisation has 20 years of experience in providing social housing, has a new and strengthened board of directors and a large capital injection with a clear vision to maximise the number of beneficiaries in the shortest amount of time.
The main responsibilities are for budget, Finance & Accounting, Treasury and stakeholder management.
Requirements
Suitable candidates will have 10 years minimum experience (at least 2 years as manager) with a background from a Real Estate Development company. The core competences to be successful in this role are to be thorough and detail oriented, excellent communication & presentation skills, solid knowledge of finance and accounting procedures, ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively, maturity and strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data and knowledge of the real estate industry.
