We are now seeking an exceptional Finance Manager to join our award winning team based within our Riyadh Office. This critical role will be responsible for all output associated with financial, planning & analysis including but not limited to annual budget preparation, monthly forecasts, strategic planning, management reporting, and special projects.

Responsibilities

Paramount to success within this varied role will include;
- Managing one or all of the following: budgeting process, forecasting process, strategic planning process, and standard management reporting. Establishing overall departmental priorities and ensuring that all deadlines are met.
- Reviewing and approving balance sheet account analysis, statement of cash flows and supporting schedules and standard consolidated reporting packs. Reviewing and approving monthly journal entries.
- Responsible for all statutory and tax filing in KSA with the local authorities
- Ensuring the Final accounts are filed in a timely manner according to local requirements.
- Directing other special financial and business projects and other duties as assigned by management.
- Producing a variety of routine and ad hoc financial reports, packages and pro forma analyses for senior management and planning unit.
- Coordinating research, development and preparation of accounting policy and procedures, as required.
- Managing special projects and preparing presentations for senior management.
- Providing formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Planning and monitoring appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor.
- Preparing and delivering performance appraisal for staff. Mentorings and coaching team members to further develop competencies.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents.
- Ability to effectively interact with management, employees, auditors, etc. and respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.
- Ability to accurately explain/report activity in verbal and written communications.
- Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 6 years career experience, with the last 3 years in a lead/ managerial capacity with a Bachelor Degree in a business related subject.
- Chartered status in Accountancy will be viewed favourably.
- Bilingual communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential and interest from Saudi Nationals will be warmly received.
