Job description / Role
My client is looking for a Finance Manager with 7+ years of experience to build and develop the finance function.

My client is a leading non-profit organisation within the Kingdom, and is transforming and maintaining the landscape.
Description
* Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and other financial reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
* Manage the accounting and bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
* Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient use of resources and the protection of assets.
* Manage the preparation and administration of grants and contracts, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements.
* Oversee the management of investments and cash management, ensuring that resources are invested effectively and that adequate cash is available to support the operations.
* Manage the preparation of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
* Provide financial advice and guidance to the management and Board of Directors and participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, bankers, and other stakeholders to support the financial operations.
* Oversee finance staff training and development and provide mentorship and support to ensure their professional growth and development.

Requirements
* 7+ years of experience within finance and accounting roles
* Start-up or non-profit experience is a plus
* Holding a certification would be preferred
* Great communication skills in Arabic and English
