Employment: Full Time

Our client, a multinational FMCG organisation is seeking for a Finance Manager with strong supply chain-manufacturing experience based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
* The Finance Manager Supply Chain DAMMAM will lead and develop the site finance team to provide robust financial accounts for manufacturing and supply chain operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
* Ensuring a robust control environment including strong financial cost management, timely and accurate financial performance reporting and cash flow.
* Developing the Finance team into a financial information provider able to support the manufacturing and supply chain operations.
* Setting up standard policy and procedures for factory Finance and periodical review of their validity and relevance
* Provision of "world class" analysis and insight which enables effective problem solving to maximise financial performance and profitable growth

Job-Specific Skills:
* Demonstrable ability to liaise effectively and build communication channels with colleagues across the organisation and promote effective communication to enhance organisational efficiency.
* The Finance Manager Supply Chain DAMMAM should have experience in managing change as part of ongoing activity delivering process improvement and more effective finance team performance.
* Demonstrable "hands on" problem solving ability in multi cultural dynamic environments.
* IT literate - Good knowledge of excel and experience in finance and project control related modules of ERP systems.
* Development potential - Ability and desire to grow and develop within the finance team to undertake and successfully deliver challenging assignments

Requirements

* Degree - Commerce or Accounting - Required
* Recognised professional accounting qualification - Required
* The Finance Manager Supply Chain DAMMAM should have accounting experience - 10+ years accounting experience of which a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience relates to manufacturing and costing control related activities
* Manufacturing finance experience - Hands on" standard costing and analysis experience in a dynamic, manufacturing finance function.
* Financial control - Good awareness of control risk and experience in enhancing internal controls to safeguard assets and liabilities.
* Management - Experience of supervising and developing a finance team during a dynamic period of change.
* Reporting and analysis - Experience in reporting and analysing financial information and communicating effectively to non finance colleagues.
