Job description / Role
We’re searching for a Saudi National, straight from Big 4 (Manager level) to join our multinational client. The role reports to the Finance Director.
Responsibilities:
• Interface regularly with project manager and project delivery team
• Monitor projects for contract compliance
• Ensure all incurred cost is reflected accurately and in a timely fashion on the project
• Monitor project performance and key indicators
• Ensure that the financial impact of change orders are reflected correctly in the monthly reports
• Monitor & analyze revenue
• Ensuring that the current budget reflects original as-sold contract plus all client approved changes
• Support Finance Director in monthly close activities
• Assist in the preparation of the project risk analysis
• Prepare and monitor project cash flow
• Perform project analysis & reporting
• Understand the commercial and billing requirements of the projects
• Support teams in bid preparation
• Support project team in financial analysis
• Internal and external audit support
Requirements
• 5 to 10+ years’ work experience
• Big 4 trained
• Saudi National
• Experience working with Oracle preferred
• Strong personality able to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Able to communicate effectively with non finance people.
• Able to adhere to tight deadlines, team player
• Good understanding or ability to quickly understand ERP systems
