A growing institution is actively recruiting a finance supervisor for their Riyadh office.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee all company's financial operations and validate accounting records to ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary financial documents.
• Supervise external accountants and auditors ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
• Prepare monthly and annual budgets and assist in financial forecasting.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Provide recommendations to enhance financial planning strategies based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Saudi nationals are encouraged to apply for this position.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or similar.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
