Job description / Role
The Company
Robert Half are working with a multinational retail business, looking to hire a Finance & Supply Chain Manager.
The Role
Manage all finance and accounting operations prepare and submitting timely monthly financial statements with the relevant analysis. Develop and facilitate the consensus forecast, supporting the overall business, financial and supply chain planning for the brands.
* Monthly, quarterly and annual finalization of financial statements with the relevant financial analysis
* Ensuring financial statements and reporting are as per IFRS regulation and HQ requirements
* Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting provided by Accounting Shared Service Provider
* Work together with the General Manager, sales and marketing teams to develop, submit and present annual business plans.
* Regular revision of annual and monthly forecasts as per HQ schedule
* Coordinate and complete external audits and internal group audit
* Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures
* Ensure compliance with local tax regulation and manage regular tax filing
* Ensure prompt collection of accounts receivable, managing and forecasting cash flow
* Management of bank accounts. Liaising with banks on various topics and KYC process
* Management of payroll administration.
* Maintains financial staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
* Ensure an accurate and unbiased forecast over a 12 month horizon
* Support the implementation of the S&OP process in KSA and working very closing with regional S&OP team
* Ensure healthy stock at company level by proposing monthly supply plan
* Lead Forecast accuracy improvement plans together with S&D planner by performing root cause analysis and action planning where appropriate.
* Overseeing logistic team and warehousing operations
Requirements
The Candidate
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration
* CPA or ACCA certification is an advantage
* 8-10 years of Finance experience
* Extensive experience in financial management, process improvement, and/or financial accounting and reporting
